To create new management policies in accordance with the expectations of the contemporary world and changing guest profiles of Gülümser Hatun Thermal Hotel & SPA with our historical and health responsibility; to continuously train our staff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction by accepting it as an important element of our total quality understanding.

To create the material and spiritual conditions that will ensure the happiness of all our staff, from the management to the park manager, and to ensure that this happiness is reflected on our guests.
